I stored my truck and my trailer at bow tie. From day one everyone in the office were SO PLEASANT and helpful to cater to what I needed. They literally created a new spot for my stuff to go and charged me half the price of the competition. I parked in the wrong spot and had to move it and Lacricia was so so nice and understanding and patient with me and my schedule. I could not recommend a facility anymore than Bow Tie. Any future storage needs I have it is not a question of where I will go. Thank you Bow Tie team!“

The service was EXCELLENT! The facility is clean and inviting. The lady (wish I remembered her name) was so wonderful. She called to let me know that though the site said I could pickup after hours that was not the case. She also made sure that I received the rate I was promised. If I ever need another U-HAUL I will only go to this location.
